10. AI Tutor Data
When users interact with the AI Tutor, New High Education may collect and process information submitted through the AI Tutor.

- Respect student and parent privacy
- Follow role-based access rules
- Avoid copying or downloading data unnecessarily

32. Acceptance of This Policy
By using the NHE Tutor App, website, AI Tutor, student portal, parent portal, teacher portal, admin dashboard, or any related New High Education service, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Data Protection Policy.
Teachers, admins, Super Admins, support staff, and authorised personnel must follow this Policy as a condition of their access to New High Education systems and personal data.
