Teacher Registration

Register as a Teacher with New High Education

New High Education welcomes professional, responsible, and subject-strong teachers who want to support Ghanaian JHS and SHS students through NHE AI Tutor and our online learning services.

Teacher registration allows qualified teachers to be considered for teaching support opportunities, subject guidance, lesson support, and live one-to-one academic assistance for students who need extra help beyond the AI Tutor.

NHE AI Tutor supports students from JHS 1, JHS 2, JHS 3, SHS 1, SHS 2, and SHS 3 across different subjects. We are looking for teachers who can explain topics clearly, support learners patiently, and help students improve their understanding and confidence.

Live One-to-One Student Support

A subscribed teacher may also have the opportunity to earn money by providing extra live academic support to students on the NHE AI Tutor App.

When a student needs additional help from a real teacher, such as live explanation, deeper topic support, exam preparation, or one-to-one guidance, New High Education admin will connect the student with a relevant registered teacher.

The student will pay a specific fee for the live support session, and the teacher will be assigned based on the subject, level, and learning need of the student.

Session Duration

Live one-to-one support sessions are structured according to the student’s level:

  • JHS students: 40 minutes per session
  • SHS students: 60 minutes per session

These sessions may cover any approved subject area, depending on the student’s request and the availability of a suitable teacher.

What We Expect from Teachers

Registered teachers should be professional, punctual, patient, and committed to helping students learn. Teachers must be able to explain lessons clearly, communicate respectfully, and provide academic support that matches the student’s level.

All teachers are expected to follow New High Education’s teacher conduct, safeguarding, and online teaching standards.

Teachers may be asked to provide:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Subjects you can teach
  • JHS or SHS teaching level
  • Teaching experience
  • Qualifications where applicable
  • Availability for live support sessions
  • Any other relevant information requested by admin

After Registration

After submitting your registration details, New High Education will review your information. Approved teachers may be contacted when there is a suitable teaching opportunity or when a student needs live one-to-one support in their subject area.

Registering as a teacher does not automatically guarantee immediate student allocation. Teacher opportunities depend on student demand, subject needs, teacher availability, and admin approval.

NHE AI Tutor gives students smart learning support, but some learners may still need live help from a real teacher. This creates an opportunity for dedicated teachers to support students directly while earning from approved one-to-one sessions.
