Payment or Subscription Information

The NHE Tutor App is designed to support education. Because students may use the platform, we take student privacy seriously.

We may collect student information only for educational, identification, account-management, learning-support, safety, and administrative purposes.

We do not knowingly sell student data. We do not use student data for unrelated advertising purposes. We do not allow unauthorised persons to access student records.

Where a student is under the legal age required to give independent consent, a parent, guardian, school authority, or authorised administrator may be required to assist with registration, approval, or account management.

Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s personal data, subject to identity verification and any legal or administrative requirements.


9. AI Tutor Data

When you use the AI Tutor feature, you may submit questions, prompts, text, or learning-related information. This information may be processed to generate educational responses.

  • You should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information into the AI Tutor
  • We may use AI systems and service providers to process questions and generate responses

AI-generated educational responses are provided for learning support and should not replace professional instruction, official examination guidance, or teacher supervision.
